Management Curriculum (Bachelor Degree)
The Bachelor of Management degree curriculum at Select College is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of various management principles and practices. The program aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the dynamic and competitive business environment. 3. Marketing Management: This course explores the principles and strategies of marketing. Students learn about market research, consumer behavior, product development, pricing, promotion, and distribution. The objective is to develop skills in creating and implementing effective marketing plans.
4. Financial Management: This course covers the principles of financial management, including financial analysis, budgeting, investment decisions, and risk management. The objective is to develop skills in financial planning and decision-making.
5. Operations Management: This course focuses on managing the production and delivery of goods and services. Students learn about process analysis, supply chain management, quality control, and project management. The objective is to develop skills in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Strategic Management: This course examines the process of formulating and implementing business strategies. Students learn about environmental analysis, competitive advantage, strategic planning, and strategic implementation. The objective is to develop skills in strategic thinking and planning.
7. Human Resource Management: This course explores the management of human resources within organizations. Students learn about recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and employee relations. The objective is to develop skills in managing and developing a diverse workforce.
8. Entrepreneurship and Innovation: This course focuses on the principles and practices of entrepreneurship and innovation. Students learn about opportunity recognition, business planning, financing, and managing entrepreneurial ventures. The objective is to develop skills in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
9. Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility: This course examines ethical issues in business and the responsibilities of organizations towards society. 10. International Business: This course explores the challenges and opportunities of conducting business in a global context. For BA Candidates
If you would like to join our Bachelor of Arts Degree program in the Department of Management, you should have a diploma, another Bachelor degree or a high school completion certificate with a required passing marks or cumulative grade point average (CGPA). These are the marks which are set annually by the Ministry of education. If you are not sure, please contact us for free consultation.
BA in Management Tuition Fee
The Total Tuition fee for the four years BA program in Marketing is ETB 27,000 for both regular and evening programs. This amount do NOT include your stationary and other related expenses. In addition, it should be noted that the college may increase the tuition fee based on the annual inflation analysis.
As we are currently developing a 100% online program, the tuition fee for the Online program would be posted here once it is launched.
Tuition fee installments
You can pay your total tuition fee according to your choice of our two installment mechanisms. At registration, you will be given the choice to select either to make payments on monthly basis or on Credit hours basis.

Registration to the program will be done online via the College’s official website. https://Select.edu.et Alternatively students may visit our office in-person and get resisted. Students’ registration to a program involves completing the online application Form and making payment. If there is any problem regarding payment, the applicant should contact the finance office at finance@select.edu.et to get support.
