ACADEMIC VICE PRESIDENT
Office of the Academic Vice President is responsible body for planning and executing all academic and related administrative tasks of Select College. The Office oversees all graduate, undergraduate, and TVT programs in every campus including the Online Campus. The vice president is directly accountable to the President of the college.

Postgraduate Campus Dean
The Campus Dean is in charge of planning, implementing and monitoring the actual teaching and learning process of the campus. The postgraduate Program office comprises Academic Departments, faculty members and other Admission counselors who are responsible to provide one-to-one support for every student who demonstrate interest for admission to the college and submit application, or admitted to a program. The postgraduate Programs campus dean oversees the following Programs in all the regular, extension and online modes of learning:
1. Master Programs
2. Bachelor Programs
3. Associate (TVET) Programs
Research Publication & Community Service Director
The Research and Community Service Director of Select College is responsible to the production and dissemination of high quality Academic and community based researches. Research programs are one of the most important activities of postgraduate program of the College. The research and community service office of Select College leads both analytic and applied research projects that can extend the boundaries of our epistemic horizon and solve the over increasing problems of our communities and our globe at large.
Research
One of All the research programs and projects are jointly designed and and developed and carried out in collaboration with our faculty, research team, students, and industries. In addition, our office also coordinates with various branches of government so that local and federal policy makers and executive bodies would benefit from the latest research findings.
Our Research projects are funded in two mechanisms. The first one is by using the direct research fund allocated by the College for this purpose. Second, as the College is working closely with wide varieties of industries, international organizations and the government, it has developed a long list of thematic research areas which most of them has funds promised to be granted by a particular private or governmental organizations. Upon the approval of a research topic, the College will connect the faculty or student researcher to the company for full or partial funding of the research project.
Community Service
As the goal of any research is solving the problems that matter most to the society; research should not be separated from community services. Our office is therefore dedicated to the planning, implementation and monitoring of community services that should be carried out by postgraduate students and faculty researchers.

CHIEF REGISTRAR
The Chief Registrar is a registrar officer who is responsible to the admission counseling, application process, admission, registration, students, grade submission, add and drop, grade report generation, transcript and official diploma issuance of postgraduate program students of the campus. In addition, the officer is in charge of administrating the registrar system of the campus under the supervision of the Chief registrar. The campus postgraduate registrar executes the tasks of the registrar office in all three stages
Three Stages of Admission & Registrar
At Select College, we have a very simple, convenient and transparent admission policy and procedures in place to help applicants apply, register and enroll to the right program. In general, all applicants shall follow the following Admission and Registration stages:
1. Application Stage:
Apply only by clicking the APPLY ONLINE NOW button from the Orange box or click any register online link in the website. You will receive an automated confirmation regarding your application. Please, make sure you provide the correct email address as further communications will be based on your contact email.
N.B: With exception to Online Program which involves additional steps, your next step is making the required registration and tuition fee
2. Registration stage:
As soon as you make your payment, the Admission Counselor Approves your initial online application, you will receive Admission Email containing your student portal username, password and you will be able to complete your registration..
N.B Your Next step is Connecting to your Program advisor and assigned to courses for the Academic Term.
3. Enrollment Stage
When you are assigned to certain courses according to the curriculum, we say you are enrolled for certain courses. At this stage you will be able to see the courses in your course portal (MyCourse). This stage grants you the status of active Student of Select College. To access your courses, simply click the (MyCourse) button from t at the right side f this page or from the main menu.

ICT & LIBRARY DIRECTOR
The ICT and Library Director of Select college is a person who is in charge of administering the Information and Communication technology and libraries of both Ayer Tena and Megenagna and Online Campuses. The director is directly responsible to the Academic Vice President.
As the hub of technological innovation and knowledge resources, our office plays a pivotal role in enhancing the academic experience for students, faculty, and staff.
Led by our dedicated ICT & Library Director, our team is committed to providing cutting-edge technology solutions and comprehensive library services to support teaching, learning, and research endeavors. Registration to the program will be done online via the College’s official website. https://Select.edu.et Alternatively students may visit our office in-person and get resisted. Students’ registration to a program involves completing the online application Form and making payment. If there is any problem regarding payment, the applicant should contact the finance office at finance@select.edu.et to get support.
