Select College, a distinguished private institution of higher learning, operates under Select General Educational Development PLC. Its origins date back to 2010 with the establishment of Select Distance Academy, which gained recognition for providing quality distance education to students in grades five through eight. Through strategic planning, resource development, and strict compliance with Ministry of Education standards, the institution expanded from a learning center into a fully accredited college, prepared to meet the evolving demands of higher education.

Operating from its HQ located in Ayer Tena, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the College offers a variety of educational programs, including regular, evening, and online courses.
